Our experience and repeat clientele for our core offerings of Train-The-Trainers, Facilitation Skills, Facilitative-Training workshops for Internal Trainers, HR and L&D ignited the genesis of PlayLabs.

We realized that while the intent of the every trainer & facilitator we trained, was to highly-engage with their learners, the availability of various games, play tools, activity materials as catalysts for unleashing rich learnings' were not easy to procure at one place.

So, we created PLAYlabs: conceptualizing games, play, activities, exercises that can be used by trainers, facilitators and subject-matter experts who train on internal content & products.

Then, additional reflective questions emerged?

• Why can't few meetings if not all regular meetings in sombre rooms be engaging & exciting.
• Why don't teams look forward to internal managerial meetings?

In short, our intent:

NO LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS WILL NOW BE BORING

NO MEETINGS WILL NOW BE BORING
